I don't think actors can give much inputs in daily soaps. They can surely add nuances to the character, but story level pe channel and PH ki hi chalti hai. No actors give inputs on that. Nahi pasand toh quit karne ka hi option hai😆

Very few actors work for its their passion and is really passionate about their characters as they involve with them on a personal level which is why you get such brilliant acting on screen.

Waise bhi a character should be worth fighting for. 😉 waise characters milte kahan hai ab

Nahi kar sakte. That's the fact of life. Choice hamari hai ki dekhna hai ya nahi. Think of it this way...company strategy ke baare mein Board chodke aur koi inputs nahi de sakta. Junior and Middle management ka kaam hai to execute the work. If you don't align with the value system, look for a new job. Don't expect the Board to change strategies as per your thoughts.
