whatever Sid is saying to her , he feels that and it’s his hurt. And Sana is also overdoing by hurting herself . Itna koi nahin tolerate karta hai in real world .

She needs to stop her I hate mahira thing because she never had any issue with her other than Paras so when she shows her dislike towards her, it shows jealousy only.
