Sadly No, first of all Rashmi Asim are bound by contract

And secondly any organization has some Anti Sexual Harassment Policies, Disciplinary Actions, Workplace Ethics policies

Any woman who feels threatened, any kind of sexual remarks, any personal comments, any unwarranted touch, any character related remarks, are taken care of and employers are bound by policies to terminate such employees instantly....this is called instant dismissal on grounds of disciplinary action

Such employees are blacklisted and are not paid any remaining dues, neither they get any experience certificate from companies

So those defending Shukla bashing Rashmi for speaking out the truth against the constant bias should know that Shukla has broken each and every policy any organization has, Colors too will have these policies and am sure the Organizational Committee of Actors also has its own policies where actors can complain against each other for harassment

Shukla should have been long back evicted on ground of violating all these policies and if he is not evicted, why ask Rahsmi to walk out.....I am appalled that women defend such things done by SHukla and blame Asim Rashmi for taking a stand for the right thing, for standing up for themselves and for calling out the bias

i want rashmi to ask tomorrow if the contract fine will be applied on her if she decides to leave on salman's insistence. I so wish gauhar was in this season, she would have surely asked that and put salman in his place.

on top of it he is taking her class for something which was said last week and after rohit shetty already spoke to asim about it.

The kind of bias being showed this season someone should file a case against endemol for this.

And i dont know but Salman has lost whatever respect i had had for him. i still dont know what made him sell of himself after having such a clout & power in the industry. He could have put his foot down and said he wont say all this. Or he himself supports shukla like people. disgusting.

Because Shukla had abused Asim left right center that week and not just Asim his entire family

I don't even remember Rashmi ever talking about cameramen

Since they have no topic to discuss this week as they will never bash Shukla for threatening Asim to kill him and his body will rot and will be untraceable and all that nonsense, he is bashing Rashmi for something she never even said and Asim for something which was actually started by Shukla by calling him crybaby

I don't know which rulebook says abuse parents that are alive as much as you want but dare say a word for a dead person
