I am rooting for MJ too in a way that I want to see such despicable side of him that it makess me think by the end of the show.. Ki banda bhut bekar or ghatiya tha but tashan tha usme.. Power thi jisne hila diya sbko. He gives a powerful aura but still action wise lacking right now. I want him in a position where he looses at the end only because it took everyone's combined power to get him down. He should be standing till the very last even after many almost near to death situations. Let see kuch powerful milga b ya nhi.

Para 2 - At this point I want MJ to win. Simply coz he does what he does without any justification of right and wrong. He doesn't talk about justice or fair play. Yeah right now he seems to be a next level newbie in the game. But let's see. Either they are making him do that to make Maya look smarter or we haven't gotten to MJ yet.

Yes, Arjun was shallow. He never loved with his whole being, but i think that's not what Rishi is, we see he does give his best when it comes to relationships

The judicial system worldwide believe in rehabilitating the criminals even multiple murderers/terrorists who killed innocents. Death is given in rarest of rare situation. So iss logic se to koi bhi redeemable nahi hai. Justice system band kar dena padega.

When rajeev didnt picked up her phone she actually prayed to god for him to be okay

Their angst would involve Rishi also. There was a dialogue by Ru at the party: Tune pehle dhundh liya to teri, mujhe pehle mil gayi to meri. It was said in a jest, but it would play out in actions. In the precap, Rudra ko Maya pehle milti hai, at the same time Rishi finds her. Toh Maya kiski huyi?

I completely agree about the symbolism! It showed how Maya would find Rudra first and in that way, she is destined to be his.

But then sometimes this whole “‘meri/teri” or the locker room talk is a little disappointing. I loved the way he had coached her to be respectful and not be a douche.

It seemed to me, the show is about Maya becoming MJ to defeat him in his own game. That's the core of the show. She isn't a hero. She is an Anti-hero.
