I don't know why she wanted to be lighter. There was nothing wrong with the way she looked.

I wonder what insecurity BW celebs have with their skin tone that they undergo these treatments. Deepika was already successful enough, her original skin tone actually highlighted her sharp features. There are already too many pale white actresses in the industry why become one of them?

I remember in school we were thought that Indian's are blessed & reduction in Melanin pigment is cancer causing. So these kind of treatments are not safe.

deepika i don't know..she was pretty dark in piku but in BM she looked so so white..i just though it was lights and the camera..

weird..fair girls like kareena and katrina constantly make themselves dark..
