Yup,he didn't instigate infact he stopped that fight

I think Asim didn't look bad this time. He was just trying to prevent escalation of this issue by creating physical distance between Rashmi and Shukla which Zariwala and Arti weren't doing.

Sana was trying to make Shukla see some sense but failing

Looks like Asim learnt his lesson from the last fight.His concern was both for Rashmi and Shukla but Shukla as usual thinks that he is taking Rashmi's side and started barking at him and about him.

Rashmi and Shukla need to put a lid on the issue if they want to keep their dignity intact.This kind of behaviour will make it difficult for them in the industry as people would be hesitant to hire them.

Asim has been two faced right from the start. Makes friends and then un-friends them and doesn’t care about anyone. He’s been very selfish throughout the show.
