Not in London but might be he came to meet Ananya n MJ in India n the suddenly something happened n MJ could do anything.. turn a cold blooded murder into heart attack or accident .

Ananya's father is in London. I don't think Ananya would agree to get married if she loses her father, considering she never spent time with him, which will make her more emotional mess.

The reason why Anjali married Rahul was because she had no one after her father's death, but that's not Ananya. She has her head on her neck and knows that Rudra doens't love her and won't force him , no matter what. So she forcing him or manipulating him isn't what Ananya has proven herself this far.

She defends Rudra infront of MJ and won't let him do the same with Rudra, so I think it's Daadi/anatta who die and are forced by MJ to agree to marry Ananya, since Rudra won't say no to them

but they shouldn't die. because dadi is only one reality check for MJ in the house as Rudra never minds to care about anything reated to mj

and killing Antara might be a crime at this point of time as she has many masked layers
