Veteran actress Vaishnavi Macdonald who rose to fame with the character portrayal of Geeta in Shaktimaan has addressed the media fraternity through an Instagram post. The actress who is currently seen in Star Plus’ Divya Drishti has decided not to talk about her former co-stars and Bigg Boss 13 participants - Sidharth Shukla and Rashmi Desai.
Vaishnavi has worked with Sidharth and Rashmi in Colors’ Dil Se Dil Tak and spoke about their rumoured relationship and fights a few days back with a number of news portals. Now, the actress has penned a long post stating why she won’t be talking about Sid, Rashmi or Bigg Boss.
“Hey my dear friends from the media fraternity...this is for you if you are reading....from now onwards I will not be talking on the issue of Sid and Rashmi in Bigg Boss. Firstly because I am working on @starplus rite now and don't want attention for any other show or channel other than the one I am in currently.
And secondly simply because neither I am following the show Big Boss, only glimpses from Insta IGtv at times. I only spoke in the past interviews in regards to them Sid and Rashmi as co-stars in #dilsediltak and what I saw and felt personal....in no way is that a stamp on who they are in reality...many times what we see maybe a different perspective from reality....in anyways ways "who so ever made me a judge of people??" Famous words of Jesus from the Bible.
I think Salman khan has a better perception being there ...and he does a good job of it... 3rdly most imp media many times represents things differently from what one has said or meant, words can get edited in a different way which has happened in a few interviews. So, henceforth if you want to talk about me, my work or my show #divyadrishti etc pls feel free to call me, thanks,” she wrote.
Earlier, during an interview with Bollywoodlife, the actress had stated, “I think Rashami really liked him. We could see that on her face. A lot of times we felt that the two are unmarried so they should settle down with each other. We used to feel that they’ll be a good match and I always used to say that if Sidharth gets married he’ll at least be grounded. She is very calm and it’ll be good for him.”
Sharing further about the problems between the two, Vaishnavi said, “I think it is that because Rashami liked him, but he is in his own zone. Maybe it was one-sided but I can’t confirm it.”
After giving truckload of IVs this woman backtracked on her statements and is now saying its all because Rashmi liked him and Shukla didn't reciprocate.....kya bakwas hai....all respect for such actors lost.....it feels like Colors is giving dhamkis to actors to back off on their statements against Shukla.....ajeeb gundagirdi chal rahi hai👎🏼
