War deserves to be in top 5 b/c it was one of the finest action genre films in the last 5 years. Nothing even comes close to it and it was done with a pretty well written story line too.

No that is not the thing. For example, if someone asks me which is the better movie out of Tere Naam or Wanted, I will always say Tere Naam. But if I have a chance now to watch one, I will always choose the latter, because I find it more repeatable.
