Bala a turning-point in Yami's career?

After being ignored for so many years, Yami is finally being recognized as a fine actress post Bala. Her performance became the talking point of the town, and how! From being invited to roundtables to bagging awards at award shows, she finally has come into her own.

Do you guys think she deserves better projects post Bala? Will she finally become an A-lister?

She's always been a good actor but unfortunately never got good scripts and the A list PR team as she is an outsider. Few more fresh films like Bala will do for her.

That being said she seems to be made more for TV or web series, rather than films.

She is doing a film with Vikrant Massey

Shes going nowhere. She debuted in 2012...its 2020 now. Invest in Janu, Anu or Saru. Wanted outsider then do Manushi or Tara.

Yumi will always be a nobody, just like Kiara and Disha.

Taking point of the town lol. The likes of Yami are just pawns for critics to balance their bias towards nepo kids and will remain so

She's been in 100 crore movies and movies opposite big stars and she really never got alot of attention. An no its not Alia's fault its cause she is bland.

I feel she has the best face among all actresses and her acting is decent too. But sometimes being extraordinary beautiful can be an obstacle but if gets the right films she can definitely be an A lister.
