Thats a misunderstanding...after one talaaq a woman is free from her husband but if they want to get back together they can. Its only after 3 talaaq that you cant reunite with the husband without halala

But one question..Kabir is not marrying Roshni ...i mean this "thing" may have Roshni's face but its not really her...so is this marriage valid...or is it a marriage?
