Komo isn't being dumb but just underestimating Anurag's deep rooted connection with Prerna. Actually I liked her today she at least tried to creat differences between AnuPre with diverting Anurag's attention and putting doubts in Anurag's head with people questioning on Pre and their closeness.

She is unknowingly brining Anurag on the track of getting back to what he left.

She is just having one track mind of now Anurag will take think about how their relationship might be viewed in society eyes and how Pre wants a family and Anurag will back off ignoring they have deep rooted connection with each even with his ML.
