I think he has agreed that there is no chance of him winning so he joined Shukla's group and became his chamcha. As of now, all he is doing is acting like MC Sher to Murad like in GB and relying on 3rd class showmance. He should have been whatever Asim is right now, Giving it back to Shukla like he was doing it in initial weeks and he even had a fan base already before the show as well
