What is a woman card?

I see that phrase thrown a lot around here. Someone explain me what this card is and how it gets used. From what I saw, I don't see any card being used. Is Rashmi asking for a punishment or an eviction? She is asking for an explanation or an answer for the supposedly casual phrase "aisi ladki". Crying is using woman card? God help us all then.

For god sake, if that Shukla had no bad intention of pointing finger at her character, why would he not answer her? This could have been over in a second. I wish Rashmi din't take it so personally and given his words so much importance but just because she cried doesn't make Shukla right or her weak. Even after all that dramatic reaction of Rashmi I am glad she din't bow down to that POS. I can't believe people here want to brush this issue off on the name of woman card. Victim shaming over and over. I would have agreed to this woman card if she made up things or exaggerated and faultly accused him of something he din't do or say. People should keep their hatred aside and see things for what they are.
