Right now besides Shivani and Prerna, other people need to get a hint about Sonalika being Komolika. I have understood that they can’t exactly make Prerna and Shivani tell the truth to everyone but they can at least get a hint and that includes Anurag too.

Pallawi, as it was explained to me everyone finding out Sonalika’s real identity is the climax and the track is being dragged right now so as per track logic Prerna can’t tell anyone the truth. But I do expect people to get a hint and start building on it like they did with Anupam, Nivi and even Anurag when Sonalika misbehaved with Mohini. I want to see that.

She very well knows Anurag didn't do it, but she can't be sure of what komolika did with him.

Prerna sees komo is spiking, so she also knows komo can do anything with Anurag in intoxicated state. She cannot be blind after knowing to what extent komolika can play and especially when she knows what komo has planned , to have baby.

It's not a test for her trust at all.
