What presented his case better Sagar? He was full of shit and entirely non-sensical. But aisa hain - ke it doesn’t really matter when lawyer bhi tumhari jeb mein, judge bhi, and courtroom bhi.
Aise toh kal someone will say “arrein she’s toh the village bicycle”. Phir weekend ko bolenge - arrein woh toh woh village wali bike chala rahi thi na, isliye maine bola. Toh kya it’s gonna cease to be an insult? If it’s for anyone other than Shehnaaz, Mahira and Aarti, then yeah - it will be twisted to a non-insult, though most English-speakers know that statement denotes “characterless”. Aaj toh matlab hadd hi kardi Sallu, Shukla and Vikas neh milke.
I agree aisi ladki was an insult the way Shukla was rudely taunting it to Rashmi. He did mean it in dirty way.
Rashmi was like wounded tigress screaming and making sure her voice heard. She was awesome.
Salman and makers were struggling to save Shukla. They had no clue how to calm down Rashmi.
But when Shukla spoke about justifying aisi ladki. Even though he was lying his intent by explaining what he meant, did not have double meaning, The makers caught on it and tried to explain to Rashmi justifying Shukla did not mean it the way she is thinking. It was her perception as she has personal issues with him.
The makers picked up from what Shukla said to Whitewash him and convincing Rashmi don’t stretch it.
so that is what I meant Shukla presented his case very well and kept it brief. He lied. But he presented convincing lie that help makers fight his case.
I am all glad Rashmi stood at the bully. But Rashmi has failed from day one to convince makers to support her. Because her game was only Shukla. But Shukla was playing with everyone picking fights by poking and creating issues.
