The main culprit here is Vikas. He broke the morale of Asim. Asim was doing the task wholeheartedly. It was going great and in a fun way. But i guess Vikas was not ok with it and demoralized asim by saying no to do one task and disrupted the task.

There was no fault of Asim when he said to shukla to do the task if he was feeling good ,, but as usual shukla was showing attitude and not answering him properly. Shukla was definitely wrong there

Also shukla was wrong when he called rashmi naukrani. That was too below the belt. And the whole issue went out of control. When too many people are fighting no one can control that.

Also shefali is constantly influenced by vikas now and vikas is specially trained to whitewash shukla . Hence asim does not like shefali coming and giving him guidance.

Rashmi decoded shukla totally by telling he is not akela he works with group and sits in a corner and strategizes.

Maybe salman will bash rashmi and asim tomorrow and totally turn the tables but we audience know who is right and who is wrong. shukla started the whole thing with his wrong attitude and calling rashmi naukrani . He also said something wrong to madhurima and even madhurima and vishal were angry on him. So many people can't be wrong and that idiot vikas can't be right also.

SS: defended, proclaimed target, hyped and already declare winner

RD: hit heroine... We can't deny

Both above with huge vote bank

SG: entertainer ..vote bank

PC: reality show player, smart

In all these scenerios, where Asim fits. How he gets limelight. How he try.

Have to do something. He was doing task Soo good, V spoilt in start , chingari lagayi, SS ko puray points rewind krwayay

He did everything to be on screen and there was nothing wrong. He didnt pushed, no wrong stand. In above scenerios ,he is putting all heart out.

Clever editing again too. When Asim said tum naukrani ho paon dubao before that you could see SS was saying something but that was cleverly not shown so it looked like Asim instigated.

Wrong right you always remember ASIM 😎

He started the task well ! He was polite with Shukla too !

Vikas was the main instigator!

Asim aggressive hain ye Hume pata hai..usse Vikas ne irritate kia ...he was continuously instigating...plus Rashmi ko Shukla ka naukrani bolna inn Sab ke chakkar mein Asim aggressive ho gaya.

He took the right stand but he could have stopped the issue from stretching.

I dont know why but i am not liking Rasim. Asim should not trust her. They are fine as friends but not bff. I want himanshi back in the show. Agaar wo hoti tu asim would definitely has not interfered between S and R fight.

Shefali just wants to be in good books of Gupta & shukla. She bitched about Himanshi earlier, now calling Asim eshan faramosh....Asim should never be friend with her again.
