Exactly. Anyone can see that she was trying to pick a fight. Rashami and Sidharth know very well that if the other speaks in a provoking manner to one another it will create a fight and that's exactly what Rashami did because that's what she wanted to do.

The same thing that inept say that women should not go out after 9 pm or else they can be raped.
