She is already married to Aman and in today's ep Aman clearly said to Kabir that Roshni is his wife Roshni Aman Junaid khan . No scope for Kabir as Roshni is legally married to Aman, Today's he said so many times to even Roshni that she is his wife and he is her husband .

Kabir cannot marry Roshni she is legally married to Aman and even if Aman for some weird reason which I don't believe but lets her go she still cannot marry Kabir as in Muslim culture blood brothers or sisters cannot marry the same person. Its against the religion.

The whole thing is to just push Aman's buttons. Kabir knows Aman gets weak when he is in love and if Roshni is going Kabir Kabir it will make him more annoyed - don't worry this is a finite series and no one will watch multiple marriages that too with brothers, that ekky even for ITV. This is fun, I am liking Kabir because his goal is not Roshni but to be the king of underworld.
