Today was the most awaited day for Ankie. Today was the day when she would introduce Oppo to her college besties Shruti and V. Shruti was a bit reserved type of person.

People almost thought that she was an arrogant girl but when you become one of her loved ones, she was fiercely loyal to you. She would be way too protective for you.

She won’t make friends easily but when she does, she keeps the friendship for a lifetime. That what shruti was. And Ankie was one of those rare lucky people who got Shruti’s friendship.

Even shruti wasn’t knowing that her this protectiveness for her friends would become salvation for Oppo.

And on the other side was V the diva of the college.

She was friends with the whole college but Ankie was the more liked one of the two by the people of the college. This would always be the comparison factor.

Ankie would always joke around saying that V should be jealous of her. If only she knew.

Hilton’s Highwood

Oppo and Ankie enter the college in Oppo’s car. Oppo was way too nervous about her first day but Ankie was a different case all together. She was way to excited to meet her friends.

And even more excited to make Oppo meet them. She suddenly saw a girl in black jacket with a girl in a sundress standing and talking to each other. She couldn’t see their faces but she had her doubts.

She went a bit in the other direction and seeing the faces she shouted excitedly “Shrutiiiiiiiiii!!!! V!!!!” Ankie says and drags Oppo towards them.

The girls get confused but when they see Ankie coming towards their faces lit up with excitement. Shruti runs off and jumps on Ankie hugging her to death while Ankie almost falls down due to Shruti’s tight hold but manages to stay pt.

while V who was a silent spectator to the excited stupidity of her friends starts laughing looking at them. She pats Ankie’s back and hugs her after Shruti finally leaves Ankie.

When at that time shruti notices Oppo who was standing awkwardly feeling a bit out in this friend’s reunion. “Um Ankie? Who is this? Is she your sister you always talk about??” shruti asked in the most curious way. “No, this Oppo; my uncle’s daughter and my other best friend. Oppo this is my friend I was talking about. V and Shruti? “Ankie says.

V shakes hands with Oppo while shruti takes Oppo in a hug. Though interacting with V Oppo didn’t feel any good. She felt some bad vibes but tried brushing it off as her mistake. If only she heard her gut feeling.

I liked that description. ❤️
