Bomb blasts on army personnel has actually increased post 2014. That also falls under security and civilians should be concerned about it.

it’s always easy to play sympathy card. In a violent protest, even if one person who was not engaging in violence gets injured, you can always parrot behind him and say how the state is being authoritative and dictatorial towards innocent unarmed citizens. This line works every time and will continue to work and garners maximum sympathy.

In a simplistic way, this is taking advantage of the lack of perfection of the police force (in the Kashmir case army) to turn the matter upside down.

There is no such official reports to confirm they are so I can't comment on that. But given the history of this country we can safely assume generally rioters don't just belong to one particular community. It depends on the topic of agitation and people concerned with it.

We all know the topic of agitation in this case and we also know the instigators who've been spreading misinfo on said topic. It's rather revelatory.
