It doesn’t make it right ofc because it is kinda weird to have a 30 odd year old man kiss a 15 year olds neck for eg. I was under the presumption that in this case the “romance” was implied like they did was hs and babita than actually kissing 🤢. I know it doesn’t matter to some actresses tho, I saw reem shaik say recently she wouldn’t mind kissing on screen. Luckily the girls parents are around to make sure nothing untoward happens. Tv and film industries around the world hold way too much of power because of the money they make and the influence they have

Btw is that paridhi on your profile pic yeah? She’s gorgeous there

You're right it's not easy to outlaw the thing happening from so long but it's not impossible either 😊hopefully some day change happen however I know it won't happen own unless someone try to change it 🥱

I don't usually watch much series at all doesn't get time to do so 🥱fortunately my favourite actor actress like Rajat Pari are free as well smiley36so I cannot say how many of them do and how many of them don't but you're right👍🏼 for some it doesn't matter at all for some it does everyone have their own choice in this as that's what we freedom mean"! 😊

You really get to explain me 😊the dirty side of Money and influence of power in field like entertainment Industry 🤔 thanks for that🤗

but this this bitter truth sicken me to core as well

Thanks @Deefy89 🤗it was nice having word with you 😳

"It was very cool conversation for me😳 if we take a look it's seems"! one who hear and wish to act on spot 😆and other who hear but wisely think and then act 😆

Anyway yeah it's my favourite Parijat I mean Paridhi Sharma 😳 and Rajat Tokas 😎 here bigger picture of them like it's in my Profile 😆

I still think it's not the case. SRJ will never agree for such a role 😆

They will start like what HS was to Babita, dosti, gyaan and all and dheere dheere pyar hoga 😆😆

Chi!!!🤢🤢👎🏼

Why is Indian television so horrible? Minors are made to do scenes like this. And then, teenagers get influenced and then end up crossing limits! Why to show stuff like this...

I was a kid when this show aired on TV. I didn’t follow this show but somehow I remember this scene, I think I might haven seen it in YouTube or something 😆

But, omgg Prachi was only 17??? No wonder she didn’t wanna kiss, lol what is Ekta even saying 🤪😆

Mini and Neil ka bhi aise hi technical stuff add karke scene dikhayenge. Though this show is all about implied so that might not even be necessary 😆

But I suppose that what’s even sadder is that some women who have first hand experienced this negative aspect of society go on to bring up their children to do exactly the same thing: judge, antagonise, name call, and make ppl (especially women) live up to this unrealistic expectation where their life becomes consumed by it and the little time we have on earth doesn’t even become a happy little time. And so the cycle continues. In reality, outside our own family, we shouldn’t give a damn what ppl say. To live to please everyone is a fools errand and it’s just not possible without suppressing yourself.

I get what you mean to an extent about how it all happened very easily for babita. That’s why when ppl pick on mini about unrealistic it is for her to “fix” anything I think back to how easy everything fell into place for babita also. In less than 6 months she opened up a successful business with no prior experience not to mention how she conveniently found someone like hs to give her a place to live in. From the beginning the situation has always been “best case scenario”. In reality, anywhere in the world, If u leave home with nothing and no job it’s extremely difficult to get out of poverty.

I used to always think babita payed a lot of focus on “what ppl will say” and I’ve since learned that it seems india is a really judgemental place (I don’t meant everyone). And I will lay a bet that half the time it’s women putting other women down to feel better about their own pathetic lives.

It’s really sad hearing about the lady that you met. I’m starting to learn it’s easy to be courageous with some mindsets than others, especially if the ppl around you are picking u up instead of putting you down

Bold 1: that's probably why it has been going on for centuries. And as long as people are comfortable with that setting, they won't try to change it. Another thing is what Minnie will do will also have effect on babita.

Have you watch movie Sairat, you will understand how much it affects, not only to the individual but also to their families when they go against social norms.

I'm not trying to defend that mentality , but when we try to judge these people, we often forget to take into account the environment they live in. Babita's image conscious ideology sounds stupid if we put her in a background of a metropolitan area, but for a place like Patiala, that too an old part of city, that conduct will make so much sense

Bold2 : it is indeed. And any society where emphasis is given to community/ society over an individual, it is going to be that way. See, there are not any real safety nets in India. If someone is revolting against society, there's not any real help by legal system or government. High chance that person will crawl back to the old place even if it means a sad life ahead. Worse if it is an unemployed person or a woman. Life will be ruined. And I am not exaggerating at all. In bigger cities or in a higher socioeconomic class, things would be somewhat better, because they don't depend much on community's help for daily life.
