Haina? Ab SRJ ke liye dekhna padega 😵
Only one episode I promise. Uske aage nahi pasand aaya toh sorry, bye.
The problem is that the PH, RS and KK, never thought this through properly. In there haste to promote Ashnoor as the lead, they butchered and axed the Characters so quickly, than came up with the idea of Poor Mini, life and love and Marriage without even thinking that she is still a minor and romance with any Actor is unacceptable and unhealthy.
Now they are trying to get the trps but this is the wrong way for sure.
For SRJ fans
Well in SBS interview they only mention Neil chef hoga or uski back story hogi jo slowly slowly revil hogi.
The more I see some of the comments here on IF the more I understand just what “society” babita often spoke about in season 1. It seems there’s so many perfect people in this “society” that they somehow think they have a right to judge another person. It’s a sad state of affairs
It is worse in real life. And for someone like babita who is extremely dependent on such people, it was natural for her to be so conscious about "image". Especially in a small City like Patiala. Actually if I try to logically think about the season 1 story, I realize that everything worked out miraculously for mother daughter. In a country like India, a real life babita would be still stuck in a court case with husband, maybe her case wouldn't have received hearing for months to begin with. And instead of a shop named Patiala babes, she would be working as cook in 2-3 homes in neighborhood. I met a real life babita, just a month ago or so, and her story is not full of hopes, although she's way more courageous that reel life babita- life isn't doing her any justice.
The age difference was same in leads also in kashmh se serial where prachi desai during that time was 16 and ram kapoor 34.and the main thing jai and bani was very famous jodi and they even won ITA best jodi award 2006.
Prachi desai was just 16 when she did KS?? 😲... they had that intimate consummation scene, didn’t they?

That is really sad. But I suppose that what’s even sadder is that some women who have first hand experienced this negative aspect of society go on to bring up their children to do exactly the same thing: judge, antagonise, name call, and make ppl (especially women) live up to this unrealistic expectation where their life becomes consumed by it and the little time we have on earth doesn’t even become a happy little time. And so the cycle continues. In reality, outside our own family, we shouldn’t give a damn what ppl say. To live to please everyone is a fools errand and it’s just not possible without suppressing yourself.
I get what you mean to an extent about how it all happened very easily for babita. That’s why when ppl pick on mini about unrealistic it is for her to “fix” anything I think back to how easy everything fell into place for babita also. In less than 6 months she opened up a successful business with no prior experience not to mention how she conveniently found someone like hs to give her a place to live in. From the beginning the situation has always been “best case scenario”. In reality, anywhere in the world, If u leave home with nothing and no job it’s extremely difficult to get out of poverty.
I used to always think babita payed a lot of focus on “what ppl will say” and I’ve since learned that it seems india is a really judgemental place (I don’t meant everyone). And I will lay a bet that half the time it’s women putting other women down to feel better about their own pathetic lives.
It’s really sad hearing about the lady that you met. I’m starting to learn it’s easy to be courageous with some mindsets than others, especially if the ppl around you are picking u up instead of putting you down
