Komo hired a doctor to give her injection for abortion, she didn't let that happen and for her to stop the struggle doctor wants to give anesthesia and before that Anurag comes.

It was team work Pallawi. Had she not struggled, the doctor would have done his work and left. Prernaâs struggle caused time delay which lead to Anurag coming to the room. They both saved their baby.
