What kind of a person is MJ

From episode 1 to now the makers have slowly shown us how MJ is turning out to be.

Behind his I am so sad father whose son hates him.. is a very controlling and scheming person..

With all his scenes with ananya, he has been showing all the concern and been nice to her to get info from rudra life.. I also feel that he us forcibly planting ananya into rudra life only to keep getting the info he needs..

Yesterday so much so he was ready to make the writer go away and the investor just so that he can invest..he wants rudra right down his thumb..he actually cant take the fact the rudra is trying to be self sufficient.. he wants him to listen to him.. He even couldn't take that Rishi did not tell him about the girl he liked..

There was this show I used to watch in another channel in which there was a similar character..who was very calm and godly and inside of this was a very very evil abusive man.. I feel MJ the same way..

At some point he might even harm Ananya to know who is maya if she doesnt open up I feel...

Wonder if the women in the house antara and diya know how he is.. cos they seem happy..

i also think mj will be a negative character...he gave those villain wali vibes. 😈 yahan maya sunky dikh rhi hai but at the end she will be a complete positive character.

After yesterday, I think MJ will be a fully dark character. For him, Ananya is also like a pawn.

Don't know about Diya, but Antara might know, when Rishi said 'Dad to aapse bohot pyaar karte hai', her facial expressions were different & 'Ma-Baap ki karmo ki fal bacche kyu bhugkte' also shows that.

MJ is definitely a character with lot of shades.

The character has many layers which will open up gradually. That adds mystery to the character.

MJ reminds me of Maya from previous season. He definitely wants his son to be successful but also he wants his son to take his help. According to him that would bring them closer. Maya from season one was an obsessive lover. Here Mj loves obsessively his sons. They get a scratch on body that also bothers him.

I think Maya had an affair with him. Rudra got to know about it which lead to Mj and rudra drifting apart. Before that they were close. So I guess Maya had to pay the price for it.

Wow I like this possibility.. like i previously said that Rudra is unknowingly related to mayas past.. so guess him drifting may have caused MJ to distance from maya and then finally abusing and trying to kill her to end her presence in his life..

Still the bracelet is a mystery and how it's with rudra now... it must have been a gift from maya to MJ I strongly feel..

MJ definitely gives me negative vibes. He is very cold hearted and controlling to the point of hurting the people he claims to love. Mayas reaction was so visceral just sensing his presence. I hope she and Rudra work together to deal with MJ

Agreed! In the first episode it felt as if Rudra was purposely trying to Hurt him emotionally, but now we can see that even if Rudra becomes the man that he wants to be (not under MJ 's thumb, as you said) MJ won't let that happen.

Even I feel that he is purposely drilling it into Ananya that she should and will marry Rudra if she does his bidding.

Ita too much toxicity from his character but I really want to see him develop more and Maya try to fight him to gain control over Rudra.

Bichaara Rudra, is stuck between 2 people with no way out.

I feel that bracelet belongs to MJ. Being the first born MJ gifted to him. Rudra probably took it as his mother insisted to take it. He stills wear it despite their hate relationship because at one point of time he loved him very much and deep down still loves him but anger over powers love. If it was gifted by Maya then I don't think MJ would gift it to his son. Neither Maya was rich enough to gift him such an expensive bracelet.

Ok but does anybody else notice how MJ’s expression change when he asks Ananya about Rudra and she refuses to divulge him. His expressions seem like he is irritated with Ananya for not answering him but he has to keep up this nice father facade to keep her trust.
