Why take Madhurima's name?

While talking to Vishal Aditya Singh, Paras Chhabra mentioned Madhurima Tuli for no reason. He used the words 'keep your hormones under control', and then took Madhurima's name. Usse kar na, jisko karna hai. These were his words, which I remember.

I wonder why Madhurima didn't react to it.
