Hi sista how are you doing? had your lunch? went for my gym and I my thigh is badly sore due to the workout on Monday and now upper body will give its sign on Saturday. had your lunch??

Good Afternoon, Sis 🤗 no lunch is still about hour or half away, it's 12:50 pm😳Today is bit of easy breezy day 😆

How is the weather now..has the rains left you & your laundry in peace?

Muscle cramps😲... not good as it looks to be lingering from more than couple of days,could be because of weak body, low potassium/ magnesium, dehydration ,go gentle with exercise

Eat your meals on time sista, my muscle cramps due to intense work out.. today I really run after my trainer and pull his leg.
