He's a great actor and has wonderful screen presence. Pretty sure he wants to try something different as he hasn't done work in a contemporary show for a while. He must have been offered something substantial for him to take this role on and step out of the Swastik camp.

It also proves that the PH understands they can't run season 2 without a proper anchor, so bring in a big name!

But the issue is greatest of actors cannot do anything if its not written well. Sirf acting acchi hai acchi hai bolke show nahi chal sakta. Waise toh Ashnoor and arya kid ki acting bhi acchi hai and cute hai. Episodes bhi tik hi hai. But story is stuck at mini saying mein jaa rahi hun again and again.

I mean I thought I will never watching this show again but now due to SRJ I will have to check atleast what's going on😆

He is doing contemporary show after long so I will check his scenes & I would love to see Arya & His bond (if they will show )

In that case I won’t argue as I’ve only read the link you’ve shared. I do hope the love story isn’t with mini tho. I’d much prefer him with simpy maybe, especially because they’ve already touched on how difficult it is for her to find a guy due to being overweight. How refreshing it would be if a handsome young man is shown to fall in love with a larger lady
