Sid-Paras SR a lithmus test

Sid and Paras being in SR was a lithmus test for many. Firstly it was one for them too. And showed that Sid does get influenced by Paras.

For Asim, who many thought would be at a lost without Sid, Paras n Himanshi. But he proved ppl wrong by being very much capable of being seen and being his own person. The best part was HMs too turn to him when they need a balanced opinion, whether it's task or running the house. I guess he gained the most from the SR episode, as he emerged as a strong player, independently.

And it was just the opposite for Sana, which was actually surprising. Maybe she was unwell or was really down missing sid n Paras, but she came across as dull and incapable of providing footage on her own.

Mahira looked better and also was capable of getting her own footage. The only place I found her lacking was during tasks as I suppose for tasks she did depend on Paras to instruct and guide her.

Arti too looked better without Sid and she's emerging as a player to be reckoned with.

For the rest it didn't seem to make any different other than they all were much relaxed and happy.

Mahira did well without Paras actually was coming across very well

Overall...it was a much better week without the mental and physical stress for the contestants...

Yeah for viewers too, it was a much better viewing experience. Frankly I watch the episode the next day on voot and have skipped all the episodes which had a lot of aggression and shouting screaming. But reading updates for this week, I am watching the episodes. They are so much more enjoyable, including Paras' funny commentary. 😂😂😂

more than anything it proved that the show is not running because of one or two as people keep saying... With Sid it is his way or the high way which is why Arti, Mahira etc would never have much option of doing their own thing if they had to stick with him. Mahira was also able to play minus the negative influence of Paras. Arti as usual speaks and takes stand for any issue that bothers her. Her reactions are very organic and never come across as 'for the camera' or fake.

Mahira is coming across as a better performer than Sana in the absence of Shukla and Chabra.

Asim proved that he can get footage from anybody. I'm glad that he hasn't bitched about Shukla so far.In fact he hardly talked about either of them in their absence.So now Shukla should now know who talks about him behind his back.

True that Asim hasn't bitched about Shukla or Paras and he never has. He has the tendency to say whatever he thinks directly to the person concerned and he's so on point that most of the time the other person can't even counter it. Also that could be the reason why he can't make friends for the sake of the game. He's too blunt and can't just be sweet to be in the game and that is also why HMs trust him, coz he tells whatever it is directly and so one knows where they stand with him.

Totally agreed.

Shefali also proved to be a really smart gamer and so far seems to be more than a match for Vikas as she was immediately able to figure out Vikas's kitchen cleaning task and started throwing rubish there to make him fail the task.

Plus she deliberately tore Bhau's letter because she wanted the captaincy but manipulated everyone in to believing that it was an emotional decision.

End result was that everyone including Bhau started feeling sympathy for her (instead of Bhau) and told her that it wasn't her fault as she didn't do it deliberately (it was her fault and she did do it deliberately) 😂😂

Plus she tried to act mahaan in front of Asim and Vishal by telling them to tear her letter as a sacrifice by her. But Asim caught her game and rightly said that you already got your husband's message from Vikas so you didn't need the letter so stop pretending that you made any sacrifice.

Heck, Asim had even caught her double game with Bhau but since he's an emotional and naive fool he forgave her and apologised to her 😂😂

More than Paras, I feel like Shefali deserves the tag of mastermind this season 😂😂
