Alia is good for women oriented, mid budget movies, but big budget, she hasn't dont any thing to prove her self to be bigger star than Deepika.

Vidya and Kangana had good patches, but they failed to capitalize because of their, "main toh aurato wali film hi karengu, kaminey baapchod ❤️ 😃mard logo ke saath kaam.nahi karna" stance.

Anushka had chance, but she has a very weak personality and PR, and could never capitalize on her successes. Hence fell flat.

Also.special mention to Kareena , as much as I hate that safaid bandaria, she does have some sort of starpower.

So overall i will give edge to deepika bcoz kat had some great years from 2007 to 2009 as well

Deepika was struggling before cocktail so no she didnt rule this decade. And she had quite 2016 and 2017 and also 2019.

Only actresses to rule decades were sridevi in 80s n madhuri in 90s.

Kat had great years in 2 decades but not overall any decade in particular

Whereas deepika first year as number one was 2013 with 4 hits. She was not top 3 before 2013. It was kat pc kareena before 2013

But after 2013 deepika was clear number one before aliya took over
