I think a doc should be sent house as well to check with other housemates as well, a we've seen them drinking water through pipes and bad hygiene, chances could be others getting ill as well

Right

If that was not the case then housemates wouldn’t have been happily playing tasks with him! They would have taken precautions and doctors suggestions too

Oh hope he recovers completely and the makers don't play with his health and try to hurry up his recovery.

This season so many injuries and HMs falling sick. They should have continued with Lonavola location. Seems the Mumbai location isnt very healthy.

But now as per reports in an entertainment portal and surfacing on the internet, the actor been sent to a hospital. The actor is reported to be taking anti-typhoid injections and has been put on a glucose drip to recover soon and get back in the house

as per reports in Bollywoodlife.com, the actor has been shifted to a hospital from the secret room. The Dil Se Dil Tak actor is reported to be taking typhoid injections in order to increase his blood platelets and get back in the game at the earliest. Reports further suggest the actor being on glucose drip as well. Though being in the weakest phase healthwise, the actor is bound by contract thus not allowing him to communicate with his family.

It was speculated of Sidharth and Paras returning to the house seems like now Paras shall re-enter the house before him.

As soon as the news broke of the actor suffering from typhoid and hit the internet, #GetWellSid started trending on the social media platforms.

Since when has vaccinations worked with 100% efficiency in India that too in Mumbai..

Typhoid is caused by contaminated food and water, along with medical safety if BB has installed a whole house water filter for its primary water source then all good. In all probability the other HMs may have insisted on precautions.

Nevertheless If he is taken to a hospital all the more better as there is no guarantee even if medical safety is taken care of, the kitchen still is quite unhygienic.

typhoid got nothing to do with withdrawal of substance abuse

Well, the 'substance' and the level of addiction is key. We don't even know for sure if he has any addiction, but people on Twitter have connected the dots.

- Paras said early in the season that Sid had JUST come back from drug rehab and lost alot of weight.

- Bhau and Rashmi were talking about Sid two episodes ago. Bhau asked Rashmi if Sid was in a 'sudhaar vikas kendra' as he heard and she just smiled/nodded and said "suna tha maine."

- Blind items and self-proclaimed TV people on Twitter note that it is well-known that Sid uses recreational drugs and heavy alcohol, which have worsened his anger issues and caused him alot of fights with co-actors/showrunners before his life in Bigg Boss. There is also a drunk driving accident case in his record, but I don't know how recent that one was.

Withdrawal doesn't cause Typhoid obviously, thats ridiculous.

But serious withdrawal issues are highly associated with weakened immunity, which leaves somebody vulnerable to diseases such as typhoid - which is a direct food/water/air problem where white blood cell count and immune system plays a big role.

But again, I just wanna underline, its just rumors. I read it directly from a Twitter thread which seemed like a combination of 'hearsay,' people observing his other behavior in the last 2 months related with withdrawals (burst of anger, energy fluctuations, violent shaking, mood swings, weak immunity - as he has been sick a few times before like when Aarti was captain, and again when Himanshi was captain) and connecting the dots.

Why dont they just evict him, he can rest at home, contestants dont have to be scared for their physical wellbeing and viewers dont have to tolerate his effing face.
