Yup. They were trying to make it seem like he would be Pooja's dad. Lmaoo its just to build up the drama . I guess he will be affected as his family will be affected? Idk. The entire family of 5 will be affected, so maybe thats why. How do we know? Maybe Rohan and Ajit won't accept Pooja as their half sister. Veena toh will definitely won't. But still, how will that impact Rohit the most? That didn't make sense.

Lol Rohit can never be Pooja’s father. May be it will affect him as he is the only one out their family 5 who knows the whole truth. And this might put on stake his relations with Veena, Rohan and Ajit. Especially Veena will feel deceived and cheated by both her husband and her favorite son.
