Mj screenspace is very less as compare to maya and most of his scenes are with family where he noticed about the changes occur in his son's attitude and take action on the other hand screenspace of maya is more and even in her scene with rudra and rishi they shows maya move no family drama . So in maya case she already make her move her speed is quite fast on the other hand with Mj first he got suspicious than confirm it and lastly act to dig out the truth and Cvs show his equation with his family also his steps are quite slow.

Yeah, but for such an over protective father, shouldn't he be on guard? Specially when he is a businessman, has rivals. And even as you said, he should be more careful so as to make sure that Rishi doesn't fall for any random girl who is chasing him for his money. Rudra is sorted since he plans on getting Ananya married to him, but Rishi surely has had flings before.

Agreed, but it's still weird that he didn't catch on the two sons getting injured in the same day in episode 1.

He noticed it he come with the medicine to apply on rudra but rudra stopped it he clearly said that the one who need the medicine most is himself as one son is rescued from death and other one is come with wounds he only did not show his suspicion because first episode his scenes were limited with family equation and there is party also latter on he share his suspicion with aamir which is quite natural any person after suspicion either cancel party and get hyper ( like antra) or wait to end the function peacefully and later try to figure out. Mj act like a calm and confident person.

Guys I have seen some people depreciate some characters

If its constructuive criticism its ok but no going over board saying they are useless please[get the gist people]

This MJ AT appreciate him;discuss about him and dont discuss other characters except in reference of the episode

CVs surely haven't written MJ's character thats why are treating him like side character. Just 1-2 minutes of screentime

IKR! Mystery around character can still be kept by giving him proper screen time. And not playing just a protective Dad all the time, forget businessman. I don't know how the articles of him as one of leads were coming.

Ya he is one of the main lead as per the articles. Y so less screen space. Ashish had taken up this role saying it's very different from what he did before and has seen plus points in playing mrityunjay roy..

I wish they showed more of him as a businessmen than as a father. He was established in the promos as a strong businesseman but that's not what is being shown rn.
