Bigg Boss changing course: Portraying Sid as the villian?

After the WKV, and Himanshi's eviction, I think its fair to say that everyone must have been left with a sour taste in their mouths for Shukla. Even Salman himself looked tired of his shit, and when Salman finally allowed him to speak, he went off on some tangent about "short-comings" for which he had to clear up his sarcasm because it did not even register to Salman that this guy is so arrogant that he'd be joking about not having any shortcomings at all. Once Himanshi left, Asim was visibly upset and even told Vishal "Whatever these **** wanted, they did!" Ab maybe BB wants us to think Asim is referring to the makers (which makes sense considering how manipulated/unfair this entire week has been from Paras's nomination, to his surgery thing, to the last-minute voteout to evict Himanshi), or the other team, but either way - weird to include a tiny snippet like that.

Shukla has been a giant nuisance. He's made life hell for the people in the house, and for the rest of us watching his bullshit. Himanshi has exposed a bunch of things about his behavior which was edited, or at the least brushed off as unimportant. So, surely the makers must be annoyed as hell with this too. They're trying day and night to clean this guy up and present him as the hero, and he is hellbent on doing villianish things.

Maybe this is wishful thinking, but is BB now embracing Shukla's position in the show as a villain? The secret room works (for a protagonist) when someone is actively plotting against you, or isn't what appears to be infront of you. Its a tool for revealing some truth. This time around, the Secret Room appears to be just two guys (one is Paras, who has been clearly positioned as the bad guy from the start) joking, mocking, and laughing about other housemates who they already don't get along with. Its not a way to paint someone as a victim, but instead a way to paint someone as a bad guy, no?

Maybe this entire Rashmi/Arhaan revelation was designed to position Rashmi as the victim and push the reset button on the good/bad dynamics of the show. Afterall, ~ 3 months are still left to kill, and how long are they going to forcefully try to whitewash Shukla at the cost of the others' safety and sanity? Even the caller of the week (which we all know is fixed) asked Asim a dumb question, which Salman himself scoffed at. Plus, eliminating Himanshi unfairly might be a ploy to get Asim some sympathy. So, again, could be khayali pulao, but its starting to feel like the show is FINALLY giving up on whitewashing Shukla and instead positioning him in a way where he can still get ratings by his presence, but now as the bad guy instead.

They did so much white washing for nothing I don't think so .

But let's see I m not making a narrative but their are times when u see the editing team seems like on asim's side mostly. Last week's edit was comendable showing asim's little things , gestures and all that. So don't know . I think they r confused bcoz for the first time becoz of their meddling their are two kings - king made by them which was the directive and the king that overshadowed their synthetic king Sid.

They don't bash Asim neither do they bash Sid mostly.

But Asim is also not praised becoz he is not in the directive.

So I think makers are confused.

Interesting post to ponder over. I'll wait n watch for a week till they're out of d SR n back to BB house.

I highly doubt if channel will support Asim, I wish they will be fair, too much manipulations.

But for a fact, from season 8 I realized whoever went to secret room NEVER won the show. So this may be an indication Shukla MAY NOT win this season. Winner might be between Rashami and Asim if this is true. But among the three I see Shukla is having the highest chance even according to twitter, but if I see this forum and insta then its Asim who has the highest chance but he never made it to ormax and ormax somehow gets the winners always right. So this season its really confusing to say that who will win this season. If I refer to past trends its either Shukla or Rashami who has the highest chance. Asim has to play very carefully now, more than Shukla/Rashami it may prove costly for him if he makes a mistake

As of now, since the wkw, I think they are changing the narrative because now they cannot hide shukla's nature, because all except shehnaaz( even she was not convinced what she was saying in his support) and Mahira are against him. I think they are forced to make him the villan. Thank God at least now they are showing in a role which he fits.

It's really sad for a guy who won so many hearts with his acting as a leading man to fall to this, but again...they might be planning villanious roles for his future Bollywood debut.

It was anti Paras and Mahira wave all along

The first mocking was started by Paras himself at Sid when he spoke about his driver working for Sid, Mahiras lips were highlighted by Paras.

Aarti, Sid, Asim and Sana were one team. Abu was always with them till the end

The equation changed when Himanshi came to expose Shenaz about a controversy which was started by Shenaz and ended by Himanshi.

Himanshi being more powerful out of the two destroyed Shenaz's career for her sins. Her main intention was to expose Sana which she did, Himanshi

From the apples and oranges fiasco Sid and Asim actually broke up and Paras took Asim's place

After once of the fruits drama, Sid fell sick with viral fever then diagnosed with Typhoid

Asim is a trained boxer , in Sid's current condition, he can remove the latters day light out of him subject any physical injury. He can also ask Sid to be evicted if assaulted, the same goes for Rashmi.

Rashmi would have charged Sid with murder.

Its Pro Asim even in the house, established actors like Vishal, Rashmi, Devo, Madhu who have participated in reality shows won't keep quite if Asim was thrown on the ground Till he he was bleeding.

In the railway task, Sid was lying down and fighting with everyone.

How come Asim had enough strength to dance around there.

Asim was flipped and brought to the ground by Arhaan Khan and not Siddharth Shukla.

Why is Devo not talking about Sid, on twitter she compared Shenaz to her dog ?

Himanshi and Shenaz have a history now of blaming each other.

They have used the most powerful contestants for their benefits and fire bullets on each other.

Unless and Until all the evicted contestants come together and voice out a similar opinion, Hi man shi's word cannot be mirror image of events taking place

Yes she was evicted as Paras had no votes, he was supposed to go, Sid broke Asims team but has the support of all house mates.

I am sure the creatives have spoken to Sid about the violence right since he started pushing Asim and have definitely warned him.

Channel is still in love with Rashmi, she has put her reputation at stake with Arhaan & child drama.

Shukla, a good actor(victim card)

Portray kya karna...woh toh hai hi villain. If anything, BB tried hard to make him look like a hero but looks like even Salman has refused to play along. Its some paid pitthoos on SM who are busy promoting this wannabe Kabir Singh, trying to justify and glamorize his violence, aggression and cockiness.
