The way he fell back, quite literally in tears when he heard , was breathing so heavily and was crying for his follies, he was obviously guilt stricken and sorry. After the car break he was sitting on the road like that 💔

Bolne ki kya zaroorat hai when there is so much jasbaat?

And about not finding her, kis muh se doondhega? Kya bolega usko, please waapis aao, I won't throw you out again but sorry I'll use you again for my family?

His letting go of Roshni inspite of everything just proves how sorry he was and doesn't want to drag her back.

Of course apology is very much needed, I won't spare him if he doesn't but him keeping her away proved his guilt about everything he has done.

You missed my point completely! He may have repented in solitary but when you insult someone in public and take away even their last shred of dignity by all those name callings like dhokebaaz , naachnewaali , then you need to be equally vocal when you are sorry for what you did!

Okay, got your point. I don't think he spoke ill of her, he just said that she's gone and he doesn't want her back. Okay, seemingly disrespectful, I'll take that.

That scene is still incomplete, let's see what Monday brings in. Maybe a calmer and sober and introspective talk with Dadi/Baazigar/Chotu/Saima Sara will reveal his actual feelings later. Right now he's just being so sarcastic and foolish about it
