now I understand why sid was smirking today when salman mentioned him having kid, because sid has disliked this guy from day 1, he even mentioned that to asim when arhaan entered during 1st finale

sid had weird reaction (more like a mocking expression) even when arhaan proposed rashami

during captaincy nominations also when rashami and sid were arguing and later sid was arguing with arhaan he said something like ki ladki ke dam par aaya hai, yahi karne aaya hai

so he was sure that arhaan is using rashami for name, fame and probably money also, and he had his doubts on him being a fraud, because he knows rashami & her stupid decisions now

i know that guys are smart to understand other guys vibes and thus make a more balanced and fair decision about the other guy, similarly girls judge each other better

so sid from day 1 had his doubts on this guy, infact he was disgusted by him and never tried to be cordial with him, though he is arrogant but sometimes he does speak cordially with others, especially during logical discussions or when he is in better mood, or the other person is on his side, even with kesari he had such moments, even with paras though they were heading opposite groups

but never with arhaan

his smirk today conveyed pride not on rashami's misery rather on his victory of being right about arhaan

He hates Rashmi and hates her happiness because of their alleged break up. He enjoys her misery, if he was so concerned and knew about Arhaan, he wouldn't have smirked like a maniac when the bitter truth came out and Rashmi was crying.

Siddharth didn’t like Arhaan because he knew he would support Rashmi. It has nothing to do with what he thought of him. If the same Aarhaan now would have been Rashmi’s biggest enemy, no matter how many children he has hidden, Sid would have supported him. Period.

Men and women being good judge of each other is one thing but saying that he was smiling or whatever because he knew Arhaan was not sahi is another thing. We dont know what was going in his head when he was smiling. What is his problem with Rashami, is it love, hate or obsession god knows what. We can only understand his mindset if he makes some comments about Arhaan now.

I partially agree with your point of view as far as i have observed sid has good knowledge of people he had used each and everyone for his game he is far more better strategist then rashmi but i don't find him genuine vishal told him off correctly aap na dosti nibha paye na hi game .The thing sid distrust people a lot and rashmi over trust people a lot both don't have balance its not only arhan first when paras was with rashmi he distrust him too and he even didn't trusted devo as she was also with rashmi he used to keep on saying his team before finale ki woh log bahut selfish hain now what happened he himself is with all selfish people who are going to ditch him in no time.
