Viacom 18 - Colors is a television channel and it do not have any rights to publicly defame a popular actor Rashmi Desai by breaking out her personal affairs and invade into her private life just for TRP !!!

We simply dont need a channel on ITV which defames actors publicly and nonsensically !!

In my country The Netherlands (which is originally base and head office of ENDEMOL SHINE) this does not come in that catogery!Im born here and i studied social media law and working as concept writer for endemol shine.They can not sue ENDEMOLSHINE NL🤣

Can't comment about Netherlands but certainly confident as a simpleton and also in professional capacity, that privacy and confidentiality of every one is equal and very important here, no such nonsense will be allowed. Love this country for these exact reasons, whether you are a king or a common man, everyone is equal in being treated as a human being,.

I agree but my point is..endemolshine india can not be sued because the headoffice is in The Netherlands!So the rules of The Netherlands are not against such information on national tv.And over here dear the rules are pathetic!If you even complain about something they dont take it serious it has to be a deadly threat

Right, I'm.clueless about Indian laws myself, but there is a need for data protection and privacy to be respected universally, I'm sorry to hear about situation there,

If I'm not wrong Netherlands is one of the top happiest places.on the world to live in, I know nothing much more than this, hmmm quite a contrast to know about another European country.

It is a happy place but the police ambulances they only show up when its too late!And they dont take complaints serious!Other than that im born here so i dont know better☺️And UK got out of the european union!So they have their own rules and law systems.
