From the start, they were hinting towards the fact that Pooja is Naren's daughter, Veena is unaware of the fact, and Nishi and YK did Naren a favour by quietly adopting her. Which is why, if her real parents' name was revealed, it would be a big siyappa. Now, depending on how they unveil this drama will tell us whether they stuck to the original plot or twisted it for whatever reasons.
