Let's not judge too quickly. I think it might very well be a cheap thrill tactic/prank. They haven't done anything of this sort before, ever. Bade se bade gunde contestants rahein hain in BB with a criminal history and pending court cases. Yeh Arhaan ki personal life detail se kaun sa aasman tut padh jayega. He's probably joking and that'll eventually lead to the baby duck/doll being Arhaan's child. Only thing that suggests otherwise is Devo's tweet thanking Salman for letting Rashmi know the truth.
