I am sceptical to believe any of the spoilers regarding eviction actually. Paras's finger was not broken, broken finger needs treatment right away and it's been almost a month since that. But yeas bone injury can aggravate and may require surgery to save the finger. BB hasn't telecast anything regarding Paras's injury ( prolly to save BB's own arse) but I hope he's taking it seriously if it has gone worse. I have seen people needing amputation for ignoring a hairline fracture or any other bone injury.

Actually. You can function with a broken finger for days without surgery. But eventually you need to get it fixed through surgery. So maybe Paras is just going for that now.

I’m only saying this because I’m a football fan too and Benzema played with a broken finger in a cast for 5-6 months as he didn’t want to miss out any matches before he got the surgery. Obviously the medical expertise a professional footballer can get is ten times more but maybe the injury aggravated for Paras more now and he had to get treatment.
