if you ask me these kind of crimes (especially rape cases) should not go to court at all!! A special forces team should investigate and when found guilty just cut the men into pieces and put salt and let them scream for hours and die eventually. There is no forgiveness for this brutal a crime!!
Still those Atma eaters[ Nirbhaya case convicts] are alive and waiting for president's pardon, it will take another 7 years, meanwhile a few will escape and how long it will be like this???
