As for director- it's nothing wrong to take risks and be with a novice. Let him risk - otherwise many detractors will yapp about him using just well known directors- anything to try put him down, hehe.

Not trying to start anything, but Ranveer has never given the impression he's trying to be any other actor.

That is the reason I like him more than any other- he is HIM SELF in everything he does, original and not caring about what x, y , z does- he does HIS thing and there's always a 'Ranveer stamp' on all her's doing.

I can never look at a wedding movie without thinking of Bittoo, or a warrior without thinking Bajirao, or a villain without thinking Khilji, or a con artist with good heart without thinking Varun (Lootera), rapper as Murat.. and so on and so forth.

He's always had this original, 'authenthic' vibe.
