Ya. Infact you are supposed to inform. There are social workers (working with adoption agencies) who are trained in how to help families break this news gently to kids.

I love how Sushmita Sen has gone about this. Her daughters love her more for the change she has brought to their life.

I still feel Pooja will seek Sona’s support. Because when she was imagining the whole family against her she didn’t see Sona despite knowing Sona is the one who gave her adoption news away. I feel in the eye to eye contact they had she was disappointed that even Sona didn’t tell her.

And they have all of a sudden come to this realization that she is an actress. More over I hated the way Naren pushed Sonakshi. That was so out of place. Unfortunately things like this happen even today in quite a few families.
