In favour of finite series, although I don't have proof or any reliable statistics thereof, I'd like to believe that the prime time audience do not have patience to watch the same characters, and same rona dhona for a prolonged period of time. Viewers won't want to suffer with self inflicted emotional atyachar!!!🤣 Hence, finite series with crisp execution and fast-moving story is what audience want today. However, how well they will be received and how well they earn is still not sure. There will be a huge fixed cost at the beginning for any Show. Whether the maker(s) and production house would be able to recover that cost within short period, in my opinion, will be the biggest challenge for a finite series.

On the flip side, long running series are what have made the channels like SP what they are today. And as you have rightly said, as there is no guarantee that all the finite series will work. especially if the rival channels also adopt the same strategy. Hence it will be better to test the waters and move entirely to the finite series gradually. In the meantime, it will be a better strategy to have a mix of both, IMO.

That's what even I wanna know charu... a strong business oriented woman who has been doing this over years... how difficult it is to understand what audiences want. So I don't think she doesn't know rather I'll say it's her obsession with iconics that is costing the show.

In fact they should get new negative character and establish him as iconic. Just like naveen babu track was new and the actor was just brilliant. So it was well accepted. Also kasauti meaning only marriage to the 3rd wheels.... This logic is beyond my understanding.

I didnt say they cant bring trps..I always said and i always believed that it's a mix of everything..if good actors arent backed up with a fairly balanced script neither the chemistry can be good nor trps..its you guys who credit only them for the trps initially and now also ...when bajaj came didnt you claim that this time third wheels will be rejected because audience want to see only anupre? Now komo is a good villain, anurag wont sleep with her nor will fall in love , isnt that the reason for celebration ? Then why are the online trps so low ? Why arent the trps shooting up above 2 ?

Currently they are separated or no is my question .but I have always read on the forum that they are married , they are together, by heart , by feelings ..acc to you it doesnt matter na , only the romance matters and they are giving the romance ..can we say the track is a hit ?

I think being happily married to the parallel lead played a big part before.. and that is the only realistic way to separate these two soulmates who are meant to live for each other rather than with each other..

this is the reason why we keep getting these stupid sacrifices and memory loss to keep them apart.. why kzk works before esp when the first 2 tracks were about logical sacrifices!

Plus they should concentrate on other characters too... We dont really know Nivi and Anupam’s back story.. Shivi keeps changing partners by the minutes.. The sharma are absolutely useless.. RB left without showing his back story..

All they want is to keep AP under the same roof.. Prerna Sharma - Anurag Basu’s personal secretary? Who bring their personal secretary to their home to do their personal household chores?

One thing that the audience needs to realise - Kasautii is a love story with family complications and not a family shows with a love story..

Charu regarding the trp there is just one rule in the forum ki increase ho to doosron ki wajah se and kam ho to anupre have failed to get trp. Isn't that the same scenario every week. So let's not get into that.

Regarding them being together don't forget how prerna was made into a zombie and anurag into a manipulative person. They came together towards the end of the track for obvious reasons and now too they're not together. So anupre have not been together since long dear.

Maneesha, from what I understand , third wheels ko goli maaro..the characterization of leads is a major major flaw...the things which we keep justifying , audience have got fed up of them and quit...at least sometimes the leads should be shown using their brains or not ? And this ambiguity in marital status? What nonsense is this ? Compare it with other ekta serials...Sab mein wohi bakwas hai but there is logic..ok we can say,to glorify vamps and villains, they butcher leads isnt it? It has been this way in ekta serials ALWAYS.but they were a hit ...why? Wo kaise chal gaye? Itna bhi illogical na dikhayein na..dekhna tomorrow the whole episode will be a dream..what ? Prerna was sleeping for 2 hrs while sitting in corner in rohits house without.ghoongat ? 🤣 Ye sab...in kundali the leads tried to expose the vamp and villain for 1 year , still failed ..still worked wonders? Reason hai na yaar aise nai hota kuch bhi
