Shukla was somewhat right in his stand, that if Arti is fighting so well for herself, why he should meddle. I get that point of his as Arti was bajaoing Paras just as good.

But he DID come across as insensitive when he didn't seem to have a shred of sympathy when Arti had the panic attack. He's just devoid of any empathy, care & compassion. Not a great trait to possess man! Logic, individuality ek taraf aur humanity ek taraf and Shukla repeatedly fails to display his humane side no matter what the situation - when he inadvertently hurts a girl in a task, when his "jokes" upset his close friend, or when his most loyal ally is having a meltdown.

Thank God Rashmi and Shukla aren’t becoming friends!
