And yes prerna was staying away from anurag for his well being but the fake marriage was also a big hindrance which will not be there now.

I rather prefer Anupam and Shivi, i know moloy can shut up Mohini and co with his one strong line, but he really disappointed me big time and he didn't even earn his forgiveness

Yes see last Komo track it was filler episodes every week , like they just randomly used to make Komo-Pre challenging each other one week who will get sindoor, next week HM, next week playing Holi with Anurag, getting papers like they are random filler tracks with exactly no story. But here I see some story Anurag's memory loss, they both still feel for each other. Anurag's slow progress with both Pre and Komo. Prerna finding fishy about Komo, possibilties RoShi, Rohit going against Komo like they have a pattern of things so yea it looking bit boring because of very less Anurag and AnuPre which I think is only for these 2-3 episodes.

Actually compared to the last Komo track which was just challenges between pre and Komo, this track atleast has something like a story with all the events leading to something. (eg. Sharma house fire, leading to office track, leading to Pre becoming anu's secretary).

But this shows the difference between a show which has a stable viewers base and a show which has lost its viewer base. If the same episodes that were seeing now had come before kzk lost its viewers,the trp story would be different.

He is only needed in episodes even for a second or two, to be talked about. Poor Anurag 😐🤭

Yesterday's episode was still entertaining, with PreShiv making an ullu of Ronit.

But today's episode, except for Anu confessing that Pre is special to him, nothing else was interesting; the RoShiv scene they could have directed it in a different way. I know Shivi has moved on; but Shivi making fool of Ronit could have been more convincing.

Maybe I missed this part but I was under the assumption his diagnosis was based fully on the reports she provided and previous doctors reference

No you're right. He said he saw the report and did his own tests too.

Of course if the makers want to, they can show through the power of flashbacks that Komo had bribed him.

But Anurag used to get headache and he also fainted once when he tried to remember, so all that may not be a lie.
