My understanding in general is, every person exhibit more of one to three trait among all available and all traits is present with all of us and when/what comes out is circumstances based. There is no trait which is superior to other, but each has its own pros and cons. Controlling cons of one's own overwhelming trait is important and should take advantage of pros. Also, doing things best suited for your overwhelming exhibiting trait is more important to be successful. In that sense, each knowing about themselves is important.
