Yep. She treats her actors well. Apparently, she had some tiff with Divyanka, but she wasn't thrown out of the show or her character wasn't axed. Hina Khan left KZK and Ekta still went around to thanking her for playing Komolika. Thats what being a professional is.

Also, she does bring in fresh concepts, such as YHM and BALH. These shows were really good early on.... of course when you have to stretch the story after a point, it becomes stagnant, which happened with PB too.

Exactly!! Sushant left her show but no one is bitter towards the other atleast professionally!
