Good question. What this question is about is essentially boundaries.

You can lust after actresses in private..using pictures found in the public domain released with the actresses consent. There's nothing wrong with that. But if you do it publicly,making them feel uncomfortable that's sexual harassment. Because they did not consent to being part of it.

not really we have had worse like war, famines, plagues, earthquakes, slavery, colonisation and so on.

Radical coarseness and PC inclusivity cry is a non issue, for the society. At most it may effect few, but at large it is just annoyance generating.
