So I wanted to understand Yogi's feelings this episode. After watching the episode again, I feel that Yogi's anger is based on not understanding Pari's feelings/closeness like why she has become so involved in his life and of course he learns why at the end of the episode.
Yogi not understanding why Pari would love him
So Yogi honestly didn't realise Pari was in love with him and theres an answer for that. Besides how many girls are queuing up for Yogi even with his ad out. So Its a real shock to Yogi that someone like Pari would fall for him when every other girl has turned him down especially Gunjan who is like him. So if someone (Gunjan) like him won't love him, what are the odds someone (Pari) who is different to him will. Even though he was picking up clues here and there that she loves him, we never see him draw a conclusion because he thinks its impossible for Pari to fall for someone like him as he considers himself imperfect as made clear by Shiv too. So hearing Pari tell him that she is in love with him completely contradicts his thoughts. Hence he never stops to think about his own feelings as what good is for him to hope when he feels he's imperfect and to make it worse his first encounter with love broke him into pieces. So why would he stop to think about his feelings when he feels Pari wouldn't love him.
Crossing the border from Friends to Lovers
So Yogi and Pari have gotten really close since they first met. They went from hating one another to becoming each others shoulder to cry on. To simply put it they became closer then besties.
Now between Friendship and Relationship there is this border. Pari crossed this border today when she confessed to Yogi. To Yogi however he think she stepped over the border with getting too involved in his life which to him tells him that Pari is in love with him which is absurd to him. Yet he doesn't know that she did so because she does actually love him. So when Yogi heard that the reason she was crossing the line was because she actually loved him it hits him like a train.
Now Yogi in upcoming weeks will have difficulty crossing the border to meet Pari in the middle. As he fears having his heart broken again. As Pari said in the precap: "Do you have a problem with me or love?" To answer this, its love he has a problem with. Not Pari as he can't blame her for falling for him.
Aftermath
Hence we are left with a Yogi who doesn't know what to think and how to feel (confusion) and of course he can't talk to Pari as she is the other half of this situation (awkwardness = avoiding).
Conclusion
Yogi wasn't completely angry at Pari. He was angry because he didsn't understand Pari's change of feelings towards him. Yet he was also angry at Pari for crossing the line because to him its absurd to believe Pari would love him because he thinks its impossible for someone as perfect as Pari to fall for him (He doesn't understand why she would cross the line of friendship to relationship FOR HIM as he isn't perfect himself).
Note: So Yogi is not as confident as he was at the beginning of IIM. I feel this insecurity is due to Gunjan and Shiv.
Final words
So His brain is telling him Pari wouldn't fall for you as you're imperfect yet his heart tells him she has fallen for you, all of you including your imperfections. Now for the future he must choose what to follow, his brain or his heart. But firstly he must overcome his fear of falling in love again.
I think this it it! It explains Yogi in todays episode. His anger was kinda directed at Pari but he was angry because he doesn't understand the change in her and because that change is crossing the limit which he doesn't know why she is crossing because why would she fall for him.
By the end of today's episode Yogi has learnt why Pari has crossed the border and that he isn't unlovable because he can't speak. His anger is now replaced by confusion on why she chose him when there is the 'better guy' and he faces the fear of falling in love again.
Credit to the writers and Thanks for reading!
Edit: I've cleaned the post up with headings.
Update: Yogi has taken a step back from his confused angry mode, he is now avoiding the sensitive topic (He is avoiding Pari only to not have to fall further in love with Pari hence why he left after his hand grazed Pari's) which to Pari means he is avoiding her out of hate. He still couldn't fathom why Pari chose him (confusion + insecurity). Surjit does clear his confusion and his insecurity somewhat. Meaning Yogi needs acknowledge his feelings, face his fear of love and also pluck the courage to speak to Pari. When he does so the old Yogi will be back, no longer ashamed of his disability but accepting it as part of him. He won't fear love, his confidence will be great and his insecurity will belong to the past.
